Shipping and Returns
ONEROOM wants you to enjoy your purchase and offers many shipping options. We will deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Please note that some items, especially oversized items such as furniture require extra packing, handling and delivery options. We will work with you to arrange the most convenient shipping method.
All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be filled because the item is no longer available, you will be notified via email and the item will be taken off of your order.
Please be aware that you may be responsible for import duties and taxes that may be incurred.
To obtain a shipping quote, please click "request a quote" in the prduct page. You will not be charged at this time. Within 48 hours, you will receive a shipping quote via email for your approval.
ONEROOM takes great pride in the quality and unique selection of merchandise we offer.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. All items are returned at your expense, this does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please email one@oneroom within 48 hours of receiving your item to let us know there is a problem, and we will work with you to reach the best possible resolution, whether that be arranging for a return, a full refund, or a repair with a trusted restorer.
Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, flat-packed items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, gift vouchers and personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. Any special offer or ex-display items cannot be returned or refunded.
